Who are you?
I’m a player
For pitchers ages 15-18. Log your throwing and see when your rest requirement is met.
- Pick your age group (15-16 or 17-18).
- After you throw, log the outing: date, pitch count, type, and effort.
- Check your status card before you pitch. It tells you in words if you’re good to go and the date you’re available.
- Create an update link and send it to your coach when you need to check in.

Good to know
- Your data stays on your device. There are no accounts, and nothing is shared unless a player taps Share.
- This is a workload guide for ages 15-18 based on Pitch Smart rest guidelines. It’s not medical advice. If your arm hurts, stop and tell a coach, parent, or athletic trainer.
- It works best on your phone. You can add it to your Home Screen from your browser’s menu.
- Use Export to keep a backup. Browsers can clear stored data.
How are rest days calculated?
Games and live BP count. Bullpens count only at effort 6 or higher. Your pitches are added up per day, and that total sets minimum rest days from the Pitch Smart table for your age group. This app adds one extra day for effort 9 or 10; that is an app rule, not a Pitch Smart rule. The yellow status is also an app reminder for the final two days before the minimum rest period ends. Light throwing types such as catch and long toss do not add rest in this app. This is not clearance to pitch.
